Designing systems people depend on.

I turn dense enterprise workflows — operations, infrastructure, and trust — into interfaces people actually understand. UX research, interaction design, and design systems, end to end. Currently at EBIXCash; available for freelance.

INDHI

Infrastructure · Connected Ecosystem
INDHI web control center
Fig. 01 — Web control center · administration, automation, energy

A home is not a network of devices. It's a set of intentions the system must understand.

One connected ecosystem across web and mobile — device control, automation, energy, and administration, unified so a resident and a facility administrator operate the same infrastructure at different altitudes.

TruMac

Trust · Embedded Credit
01 · Marketplace

A familiar commerce surface. Adoption first — trust is earned before it is asked for.

02 · Verification

GST document and shop photo. Trust must exist before credit can.

03 · Credit

The credit limit is the platform's judgment of the merchant, made legible.

TruMac Verification
TruMac Credit

Trust, made into purchasing power.

It looked like e-commerce. It ran like embedded finance — verification quietly unlocking credit for an offline procurement industry that had never had access to it.

Six more systems, across eight operational domains.

The same method — find the system underneath, then make it usable — applied wherever the work demanded it.

Amex Legal Dashboard

Legal Tech · 2023

Domain vocabulary had to be learned before wireframing began. Case-state logic determined the architecture, not UI patterns.

Secure Debt

Recovery Operations · 2022

Data existed; prioritization did not. Agents needed to know which case to pursue first, not see everything at once.

Policy complexity belongs in the underwriting engine, not the user journey. Simplification was an architectural decision.

About · MethodAditya Dahake — Product Designer, India

I don't design screens. I find the system underneath a problem — then make it usable.

My work lives inside operational complexity — the workflows, role conflicts, and edge cases most products are designed around rather than for. Currently at EBIXCash, designing financial products across wealth management, capital markets, and custody, where an interface decision carries direct financial consequence.

The method is transferable: enter any complex operational domain, learn its logic before touching a pixel, and design the system that lets people depend on it. I also take on freelance product and UI/UX work.
